Refunds & Returns Policy
At Moonrise Flow, every piece is crafted specifically for you the moment you place your order. This mindful, on-demand approach helps us eliminate overproduction and reduce waste, honoring our commitment to the planet. Because of this unique process, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can email us at hello@moonriseflow.com , with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Size Exchanges and "Buyer’s Remorse"
Because each garment is custom-made once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection: We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Please review it carefully before ordering.
Change of mind: Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or returned for "buyer’s remorse."
Tip: If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
